Vishwen, it does work at any speed!
You need to disconnect 2 pin's and then you can watch DVD or TV at all speeds.

I am using a DVB-T tuner to watch TV and it works also above 200 km/h on the German Autobahn..

From the installation instructions: you need M-ASK or CCC " to retrofit ACM module

i did not test it because i dont have acm but i think its Pin 2 and 19.
