i never heard of "cool carbon" before, anyone have any experience with these/?

OK, did some research heres what i got, hope this will help anyone in the future, i'm goin to be ordering a set as soon as my break pads start to squeek. Sounds like some great pads

I've been running them for a little over a month now, ~1500 miles. initally they had less bite than the stock M5 pads (I swapped out my brakes for M5 units a while back) but the friction was good (ie took them a little to "grab", but then they stopped very well once they got hold.) in all fairness, i didn't do a proper bedding either, kind of hard to do on public roads. they bite better now.

dust is less than stock, but I wouldn't refer to these as "dustless". They are nearly silent on my car, there is the occasional squeak but much fewer occurences than on the stock pads. I did spray them with the red brake pad anti-squeal spray from any auto parts store and lube the caliper contact points with caliper grease during install.

that sale price is pretty good. that's what I paid for them back in Oct. (i took my dear old time to put them on, as you can see.)
