I got the x pipe from A Ok muffler in Santa Ana, CA...I believe Magnaflow made it.

I have to wait because I don't have time this week to go...unless you want to take my car up there for me? It's still fast...

It appears you have 2 different size mufflers. Based on dynomax sizes (extraction from their 2 1/4 and 12" length), 2 1/4 core 14" length preforated is the perfect out size (2x) for the 325 hp engine. CFM for both will provide you with max of around 700+ cfm. If you can put up with the drone, you've got optimum setup for that engine rating to breath.

As for me, driving a steptronic in manual mode sucks. The shift response lags and while you and shift up and down, you cannot put it in neutral when the car decelerates.

Looks awesome and sounds crazy, I like it but I'm too old to drive a car that sounds like that unless it is a classic Ferrari...

My E46 M3 had a borla exhaust and I thought that sounded just about perfect. That reminds me I need to do something with my own 545i exhaust. Way too boring right now!!!!!

THANK YOU! I'm 26 and I think it's too loud as well, but it seems like everyone is saying leave it, but I'M the one driving it...so we'll see after the meet in SLO.
