Thumbs up

I have an 525I and doing the dual exhaust set up on an M5 rear bumper and need some suggestions on what exhaust set up to go with? I want an exhaust like the remus straight tip look, but dont want an loud exhaust till i really punch on the accelerator. Anyone has inputs or have done the Mod please help or any suggestions are welcome.
I like the remus tip a lot.

I am on your same boat, I have a 525i and doing quads, I am leaning toward remus, but then again you have the m5 rear bumper so the fitments for you are going to be a problem as remus fitment are for m tech diffuser. but then again do your homework cuz I mught be wrong, good luck , my pick goes for remus.....

Remus

In terms of sound, the exhaust is TUV approved, meaning the decibel (d output is equal to OEM, however the sound characteristics are altered throughout the RPM range. Very little to no resonance at highway speeds and you can definately hear it when you punch it!

Good luck in your selection!

True, Magnaflow is cheaper and that Remus only fits with M-tech rear bumper not M5.

So using a Remus exhaust with the MTech bumper, only have to change the diffuser to fit the 2nd tips??? Is that right? How far back do you have to change out the exhaust to fit the 2nd set of tips?
