Dual exhaust on 2011 535i

My Ride: BMW 535xi
Model Year: 2008
Will the 2011 535i dual exhausts fit on my 2008 535xi? I understand I will need to modify the exterior panel beneath the rear bumper to allow for the right side exhaust. Just wondering how much, if any, welding etc. will be needed. Thanks!
