Hello, I live in canada, and it is manditory that every car has Day Time Running lights. Well i Just installed the angel eyes and do not want the DRL's on when i have just angel eyes on.. So i took out the Low beam bulb and now the car HUD reads "LEFT highbeam malfuntion" "RIGHT highbeam malfuntion" The highbeams still work because they are on the headlights. Is there anyway i can get rid of the warning that pops up?

1. search button
2. no you cannot just remove light bulbs, you WILL get error codes no matter what. You need to have drls disabled via the computer through dealership.

The OP is in Canada ... DRL's are required. AE's alone may not be compliant with the law.
