Driver's armrest with folding mirror button

I'm stuck with M5 mirrors that may not work if I do not replace my driver's side window and mirror switch panel because the U.S. spec cars don't have the fold-up button. Does anyone know the part number which accommodates the fold-up switch for these mirrors? HELP!!! Thanks!!!

Thanks so much! I think that's it. Now what I need to find out is if I also need to replace the right side...even if it doesn't require a switch for the mirrors. Thanks again!
