I've seen those wheels on some e60's driving around...they look great in person! ...only thing I'd worry about is how long it takes to clean around those rivot/bolts.

The wheels are hot but if it were me I would opt for a different finish like brushed or black maybe.

I remember when DPEs were the cheaper forged alternative. They sure have raised their prices a lot since then.

I understand where you're coming from and I've seen lots of Hondas or Japanese imports with similar wheels but by similar, I'm only referring to the fact that they're multi-spoke and black or charcoal colored. In reality, if you look at DPE wheels, they're great quality sport wheels, true 3-piece forged wheels custom made to order and can run about $5K-$6K. I don't think you'll find too many Honda owners sporting these wheels....maybe I'm wrong. I've seen a lot of BMWs with these wheels and IMO, they look very sporty and inline with the performance dynamics of a BMW.

Maybe things are different on the other Coast, but those rims look like the kind of trashy bling kids put on their Hondas to make them look civilized, and fail miserably.
these are far from cheapy ricer wheels.. DPE wheels are a great quality forged wheel up top with some of the best like HRE.. however I think you opionion is based on the finsh of that perticular wheel I htink if you cause that wheel in a nice Hi Polish finsh youd be very surprised
