love love love the painted engine cover. you just inspired me to paint mine. i think im going to go with a bright red leaving slats and logo untouched. should be nice. how did you have it done? primer coat of high heat paint topped off with regular automotive paint or was it all high-heat gloss? just curious. im 99.99% a DIY guy (bc thats where all the fun is!) and i want to get my plan of attack together...
