My PDC seems to pick up curbs and cement blocks at the front of parking spaces. Most of the time though, I back into them rather than take the risk.

Comfort Access is one option I would order on all my cars. I love it!! I too forget to take my keys out of my pocket when I go to drive my wife's X5.

The Aero kit is not as low as you think. I had more mishaps with my 2002 540 sport, than the 550 with Aero-kit. The 540 sport had these black plastic pieces tucked under the front bumper that broke in half. I ripped them out completly the day before I gave it back.

Agree...it's not as low as you think. I have not scraped it yet (knock on wood).
You would probably scrap it on a parking stop but I do that on my 328i and it has no modifications.
