It should -- I'm not 100% sure but I don't see why they would have changed it.

This could be easily proven at one of the many E60 meets that go on across the globe. The knob can be removed by simply pulling it straight up with your hands...

yes, it does fit...the idrive knob is only different form the outer looks...but it has the same locking mechanism/clips inside...it will definately fit...
