I just got my shadowline trim from Trinity today and am wondering if anyone in the OC/LA area can recommend me a shop to install it for me?

Also, do you have any idea how much they will charge?

It's easy! You can do it yourself. Try using the search bar and or advanced search.

+ 1111! It's really easy dude. All you need as a hammer, small screw driver, pieces of cloth or towels (to protect paint) and this thread:

https://5series.net/forums/topic/282...-line-upgrade/

Study the first couple of pages of the thread, compare the new trims and examine the clips and compare them to the old ones as far as how they mount up.

If you DON'T want to do it, any bodyshop would suffice!

Its really easy. Here is a tip, when installing the bottom shadowline piece, put dishsoap in the rubber channels to install. It goes on really easy!

I would be careful with dishsoap as it could drip down and eat the clearcoat off the visible parts of the door. I closed the door, placed a thick layer of a towel on the trim and started going at it gently with a hammer.

It's debatable if dish soap eats clearcoat, I have been using it for years before a major detailing. It strips wax. If you prefer, use car wash soap then!
