Does the 535 have the vortex breather filter as standard?

My Ride: 535d M Sport - Visibilty, Media, Logic7, Heated Comfort Seats, too many other extras to list
Looking on BMWfans.info, I can not see a seperate breather filter for the 535d, whereas the 530d pre-sept 2005 has a seperate one, which means it would need changing.
Does this mean that the 535d either has no seperate filter or at least already has the vortex style flter as standard?
Mine is a 2005 (Dec) model by the way
