Do I need Velocity Booster "after" Singh AutoSport ECU Remap

As the title states, I'm planning to get the Singh AutoSport tune for my 545i. My concern is will the remap eliminate the dreaded hesitation/flat spots on the car?? Will I need the velocity booster "after" the tune is done or its just over-kill to have both mods?
