Thumbs up

I was searching the Forum, but didn't find anything on a DIY Dinan Intake install. I've seen that many have installed it, but haven not seen DIY's.

Has anyone purchased the intake and installed themselves? If so, are there any instructions and how do this and is it seriously involved?

Thanks!

Although I'm familiar with Dinan, I don't know much about how they operate. Do they even sell parts for DIY installation or do you have to have it installed by an authorized service center?

I just went to their website and it's down at this time...can anyone else help the OP with his question?

You can install yourself. When I ordered DINAN intake and exhaust, they came with the instructions.
For the intake, you CAN do it yourself but removal of passenger side headlight and front bumper is required I believe.
I had mine installed at the independent shop though. They only charged me 1hr labor @ $75.
Worth it to me at least

True true,
My installer had to take off front bumber to install and pass light for the intake extension.
It didn't cost me a ton to have him do it, and I feel I saved myself a headache.
