Dinan Stage II on Leased 535xi?

Has anyone installed the dinan stage II engine software on a leased vehicle? Do they frown upon it or do they encourage it since it will retain (dinan's) warranty while also adding value to the car?
Also is it possible to get it reflashed before you turn it in?

IIRC you can get it reflashed back for free to stock.
Then turn it in. I don't believe it would be a problem. Are you leasing from a Dinan BMW dealer? If so I would give them a quick call or call Dinan direct or one of their independent shops in your area.

I'm leasing from a bmw dealership, but the work would be getting done at Motor Works West
