So I just got some formula 1 Classic tint installed on my windows it looks badass..... But the first thing the vendor told me was to NOT roll down the windows for 3 days... and of course about 15 mins later that statement has gone in one ear and out the other...... I roll down the window about 1/3 of the way and immediatly, upon realizing what I had done, roll the window back up..... Did I mess up my tiniting it still looks good, but it is dark outside, I just don't know anything about tinting lol..... Thanks for the info... I hope its all right lol

oh um.. honestly i dont know about tinting either. but my guess would be just make sure theres no bubbles or anything.. or nothing peeling off. and dont roll your windows down again. other than that i think it should be fine.. hope this helps.

the reason they ask you not to wind down is because of the edges of the tint.. they are afraid it might peel off as it is still wet...usually on the top part of the window....
as long as the tint didnt peel off.. your're good

They tell you not to roll down because if they didn't, people would just roll up and down constantly on the first day.... which can be bad.
Rolling down once isn't going to hurt anything. The adhesive on that tint film is sticky as all hell. It takes a lot to peel it.

since we're talking about tints...does anyone have pictures of a titanium silver e60 with tints?
**Edit**
I just noticed that I have blacked out trim all around
