Dension 500 issues

Just had a dension 500 fitted and it doesnt work
Though the dealer said it had the cdc pre fitting kit installed i am not sure it actually does
I guess i need to get the idrive milarky MP3 enables but my dealer seems reluctant saying they wont support non BMW add ons
Bit fed up really ... Can the dealer refuse ... and if he does relent, how much does it cost ?

So you should use the "BMW non-text" DIP-switch setting (off-on-off-off), as written in Install Manual.
