i have Installed and activated My dension 500 today on My BMW E60 2004 but the problem is i cant choose cd 5 it is greyed out. Why? The dip switches is right, and the installation too and activation. Should i maybe update the gateway? Please Please help me

Can you play MP3 CDs in you dash CD player? Sounds like you need to get +KMP3 coded. I had the same issue at first.

 

any resolution on this? I'm having the same issue. I can only get the iPod to play in non-text, only #2 DIP stick up.
