howzit e60 fam, i need your opinions and a little help. Well my interior trim is starting to "go"(cracks, doesnt shine, lots of micro scratches), its a wood trim, which ive never really been a fan of (too "old" for my taste) and i want to do something about it, but im kinda lost and dont wanna spend money on something ill regret. I've been doing a lot of searching and my choices are down to, Paint it, get a new trim from bmw(piano black or alum.) or get the cf overlay kit.
which one do guys think will be best? the cf one sounds sweet, but im a little shakey about an overlay kit and have yet to see pics of it installed, painting sounds good too, but my trim has cracks in it, so i dont if itll look its best, of course the new trim is great too, but seems to be the most costly, im sure alot of you know im still a high school student and i just dont have the funds to get whatever i want, including much wanted mods.
in input is appreciated, thanks.
edit, if you have any pics of these, please put pics, especially the cf overlay kit

cf overlay will probably be the best choice, not sure how painting will look and buying oem kit from dealership will be pricey.

I don't have pictures of the CF trim, but if I remember correctly I saw some in a display case at Eurorev a few months ago. If you're in OC you are close enough to drive up to Eurorev and look at it in person (if they still have it). Contact John (alpinewhite/john@eurorev) and see if Eurorev still has the CF E60 trim in stock. I remember also seeing a silver colored Carbon Fiber trim there that looked good too.
