Your dealer can easily remove it. I think you need a heat fan/hairdryer for it... Don't know for sure, though... Should be just glued to the trunk... But if you try to pull it off you might leave a damage behind... I would ask the dealer to do it...

I've heard stories about using dental floss to get it off. It should work the same as flossing your teeth.. We all know how to floss our teeth do we????

I think the combination of dental floss and heat. After that, a bunch of 'goof off' or WD-40 to remove the goo.

JDN debadged his without too much trouble, I'm sure he'll chime in with some advice...

That's right. Hair dryer and dental floss will quickly do the job. It takes a slow steady pull on the floss. Don't get in a hurry. Getting the goo off was the harder part. Store the numbers with the title so they will be handy when you trade or if you want to change your mind and decide to rebadge as a 554i.

I sure hope that 3M Adhesive Remover is not flammable! Wouldn't want anybody de-eyebrowing too. Ouch.

My last debadge project was alot more work. Hairdryer, fishing line and Goo Gone did the trick. 4 little numbers on the trunk will be a walk in the park. Go for it!
