Painting is an option but its too much hassle...
I've had a look on REALOEM.com

and its item No 15 on their image...the problem is that there is a few part numbers for item 15. Mine obviously isn't the one with TV/DVD i've got the basic CD system. Could it be the one which says only suitable for cars with CCC? whats CCC?

I changed my wood trim to aluminum when I first got my car back in MArch 2007. The plastic piece where the AC/CD area doesn't come in aluminum.
I asked Garry and other dealers and they said its all plastic in every car. Sorry man.
