+1 will do if i get it done, out of curiosity, would anyone have specs/temps of professional CAIs?

might do a before after dyno run too.

Pretty cool mod i will have to attempt this myself.
What did you use to cut out the sheet metal? Also do u hear
The intake when you step on the gas?

Also did you choose the spectre cone filter becuase it is open ened?
In theory would this suck in more air than say a closed one like
K&N

I wish I could get a dyno done. There's only one company by me that can do them and they charge more then I'd want to pay. I used a jig saw to cut out the sheet metal but you can buy the thinner sheet metal and just use metal snips. My friend was driving along me the other day and he said every time i stepped on the gas you can clearly hear the intake and at WOT it sounds amazing. I chose the Spectre because I've used K&N on my other car and thought this would be a perfect time to try a new brand.

You mentioned ram air scoop.... Do you have the RPI scoop, too?

i wonder this too. im guessing yes.
Also have to ask why the top motor shroud is off.. is this the only way it will fit?

I have a homemade ram air scoop. Im an engineer so I dont like paying for things i can design for a fraction of the cost lol I took the engine cover off just because I like the look of no cover
