Well since no one makes a unit, I'm going to make my own. Looked over the oem intake and will order the custom carbon fiber unit this week. I expect to have everything together within the next 2-3 weeks. I also plan on using the oem pipe off the throttle body at this time and possibly upgrading it to carbon fiber down the road. In regards the MAS I plan on using the oem spec 3.25" after the sensor for about 3-4 inches to ensure the unit still reads correctly with the ecu. I'll post pictues of the CAI as the project moves along.

I'm getting the carbon fiber from a custom RC company. I'm just getting a 90 angle and will be cutting it to get an nice tight fit. I also plan on using epoxy to apply on the mounting points and using the oem mounting points. In terms of making it seal I plan on using car door trim to seal the heatshield to the roof and sides to keep the hot air out.
I've thought about just taking the current unit apart and enlarging the pipe to it and possibly adding an additional pipe, like Dinan, but think that this method will look better, and it fun playing with the CF.

Bought the CF today from Road Race Engineering for $90. It should arrive to me within the next 3 days. It should look pretty cool under the hood Now I just need to go pick up the door trim and cone filter.
