What is this ?

Custom BMW / Range Rover / Mini, OEM Cable

Factory cable for use with OEM tuner. Cable has audio in & out, video in & out and reverse camera in.

Is this the solution to connect a DVD when you have a TV tuner in your car (E60) model?

I think thatse for the old 7 which has the same nav headunit as the range.
