Not the greatest quality (setting was bad and the sun was bright)...I'll take my time next time and do a better job...but you'll get the general idea. This is the "new, new" 545 replacing the "new" 545 that I bought 3 weeks ago

Where did you get those rims? Do they affect the ride quality of your car? They look amazing.

Great looking car!
What type of rims are those?
Why is the "new" new 545i?

In a nutshell my new 545 had paint problems and they ended up giving me a new car 2 weeks later.
Here's the orginal thread about the problem:

Wheels are actually by a local company here in Huntington Beach called Monet Wheels (http://www.monetwheels.com/). The style is called the "new-age." 19x8.5 Front and 19x9.5 rear. Monet owns the mold and they are made in Germany. Very similar to a Hartge Classic...and as with the Hartge they are a one-piece that mimics a two piece.
I was going to source out Hartge's again (I've had them in the past)...but I really like the fact that these come from a company 10 mins up the road from me. If anything goes wrong (wifey & curb) I like the fact that I have local support. As an example one of the wheels was slightly scratched during install...not a problem 20 mins later they're back with a new wheel.
As for the tires I went with Michelin PS A/S. I had Michelin PS2 on the last E60 but I'm hoping to get a little better life out of these...(also have the Michelin PS A/S on my allroad and like them)
Hope this helps...
