Please advise dealer said warranty not included to replace control arm bushing- $645 and needs flush power steering for $199 for 2004 530

Huh...??

If you want a new control arm and bushing, check Ebay. They have a pair for $199. I'm not sure about labor because my cousin did the labor for cheap. But it shouldn't be that expensive.

Don't go through dealer for those parts. its a rip off.
