i have an 07 530i
what brands of exhaust are good?
i dont want a ridiculously loud deep sounds, but something thats loud and smooth in a way

any suggestions?

Remus or Magnaflow are the two main brands I've seen members get here

I do know that the magnaflow quad set up caused a power loss as well, not sure about the remus quad set up....

I believe AKAlius (Phi) initally considered Remus before deciding to go with his custom Magnaflow set-up.

Check out AKAlius and nasty50's quad exhaust set-up: The Magnaflow power-loss being discussed are mostly attributed to V8 engines installing the bolt-on Magnaflow mufflers.

I've had the Remus quads since last June.. here's my post with a vid http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=57246&hl= when it got installed... I've changed it to the rounded tips since then...

I got the Remus Quad made for the 530i for 899.95 + 55.00 for S&H and like it a lot.
