greetings everyone,

i am in need of some new hid fogs and was thinking of taking them out of the e39 and putting them into the e60.
they are the canbus ballasts with 6k fogs.
now i'd just like to put them to use on the e60 since the person who drives the e39 doesn't use them.. lol

can i simply take them out and put them in the e60? will i have to go but a new pigtail connecter to tap into the cars (e60) current fog light cables/wires?

oops.. might of left out the important info. the e39 application is 9006 i do believe.
