PLSS switch to H&R Race, so i can get ur HR sport springs.
I will have a bumper sticker, "This drop made possible by springs from aplinewhite"

are you sure the 2nd pic is race??? looks alot lower than race considering the 1st pic also has race.. anymore pics of the 2nd car??? id like to see 1 with the wheel straight....
Maybe there is a different suspension to start with. I ordered the car with sport suspension coils bmw.
Or tires? I have 25 hight tires in the rear. (285)
Only difference i know off is 2 things: i have a face lift 2007 model car and my engine is a diesel with has differerent weight

the 2nd pic that trboda is referring to is iceman316's 550i, which yes it is dropped with H&R race springs. whether it's sport springs or not, the drop will be the same. as an example, on a non-sport e60 like mine with the eibach pro-kit i had a 1.2" all around drop as they claimed. on an e60 with sport springs, it is .7" lower than standard. with the eibach pro-kit, it would drop the sport e60 .5", adding to the .7" to give the 1.2" . correct me if im wrong but all the claimed drops is measured off of the e60s without sport suspension. hope this helps.

Eibach Pro-kit Balanced.
Sporty, without much loss of comfortness.

Suggested by an H&R, Eibach (and many other brands) suspension parts supplier. (for our local road conditions)

I'm very happy with them.

Thank you guys for all your help and pictures, it has been a great help. I will be going with eibach pro kit although I prefer the lower look of the H&R Race, howver as I am located in Jamaica where the roads are very bad, the Eibach seems the smart choice.
