Talking Comfort seat retrofit

All,

As the title says I am trying to retrofit heated and comfort seats. I currently have basic electric seats ( no heat ) with memory. memory is only for the passenger.
I found 20way comfort seats with heat and memory ( both driver and passenger) at a junk yard. I got the entire seat with modules. I need to know how to proceed.

Both cars are 2008 LCI. Donor is 528xi and receiver is 528i.

Can I just replace the seats along with the modules and change the VIN with tool32 on the module or do I have to use the module that came with the car ? I also got the DTC module with seat heater button and open trunk with seat heater button for passenger side.

Can someone please advise on how to change VO? Do I have to remove the existing seat option and add $456 (Comfort Seats), $488 (Lumbar Support Driver/ Front Passenger), $494 (Seat Heating Front Driver/Passenger) and $455 (Active Seats Driver/ Front Passenger) ?

This is the wires coming from under the both seats (comfort seats)

This is the passenger side wiring (existing seat). I did not see a seat module.

This is the driver side wiring. There is also a module with similar connectors as the donor seat. Some wiring is missing ( I assume that is the heater, lumbar support and the other 20 way adjustment).

Please help on wiring and coding instructions.

TIA!

Please Help.

TIA

Get modules (if they are different from what you have) and code/program VIN, VO. You'll need BMW software tools to get it complete. You can look on YouTube to see how to code/program VIN and VO. All the same when switching modules. I don't see why cables would be missing since the majority of options the cars are prepared for.
