Comfort seat headrests. Can I put em on a non comfort seat?

My Ride: On order: 2007 550i, silver gray, black leather, anth. maple trim, active cruise, heated steering wheel, sport, night vision, vent seats, heat rears, active steering, rear air bags, folding seats, comfort access, navigation , HUD, black head liner, steptronic, premium sound, sirius and HD radio.

it is possible as some have succeeded in doing this...
i dont think the headrest does that much diffrenece as i think they remain too far away because of the seat design it self, if your looking for looks doing this is good, if your looking for comfort i dont recomend this as you wont gain much...

Cheaper but less elegant. Get a BMW branded neck pillow. Loads of them available on ebay.
