Comes down to these two rims. But which one?

We have finally found some rims but not sure which one to get. We have a silver gray 545i. I wanted the M6 rims but my dad said no 
so now this guy helped us find this rim.
I kinda like these but prefer M6 rims or M5
This one $800 + tax
Or this one? $1200 + tax

size of those wheels? If those are 19"s, the lip on those might look those wheels look even smaller.....

I would go with the first set as well. My car is silver gray and I have been debating what color/style to go with. I really like the M6 wheels, but I think the silver ones you suggest will look good. Another member just went with VMR 713 wheels (I think), which look really good.
