Thinking about changing the color of my rims (style 124) on my 550i. Im thinking of putting it between gunmetal and silver. Any pictures of any color change?

what color is your car?

I think a member here, Baggman, had his 124 powercoated black. My is jet black and currently running gunmetal Miro M01. Painted it black but the lady was complaining about the all black look so decided to go gunmetal. Turned out to be alright.

Do you have pics of the black powdercoat vs the gunmetal powdercoat? Very curious to see how they compare.

my gunmetal is just regular spray painted. Didn't think it was worth it to get it powdercoated since the wheels weren't that expensive in the first place. It was an old set in my garage. Either try to sell it or refurbish it since it had so many curb rashes.

I'm not a big fan of the industrial looking black wheels but it's personal choice. The hyper-silver wheels look sharper than the basic silver color. in my opinion. IT seems to add an appearance of depth to the wheel.
