That's BS.

This is my 2nd-modded BMW (e39 before) and I've never had
any warranty issues with BMW due to my aftermarket mods.

Unacceptable.

my SA also told me BMW is very sensitive towards any aftertermarket parts, which means i can't even change my muffler!!
If this is right, why do the sell Dinan stuff at many local dealerships? Even Stevens Creek BMW has a full Dinan display there.

Yup, thats what I would do.

Sounds like your service advisor is having a bad day, or being a douche bag. The " BMW Guy" doesnt come out until he is called for a major issue. The " BMW Guy" is not based out every local BMW dealership. To my knowledge, its up to the service advisor, or the service manager to make the call to warranty the problem or not. If I am wrong, someone please correct me. Try to bring your car to Steven's Creek BMW and see Claude. He is the one that always help me out with my 7 series.
Alright, Thanks bro. I will try to schedual an appointment @ Steven's Creek BMW and have Claude take a look @ that!!

. Bring them a copy of the magnusson moss warranty act.
Magnuson Moss act has nothing to do with this. It addresses tie-in sales. All MM does it stipulate the form for warranties. It doesn?t address mods.
