I need some suggestions for a new CAI and Chip for the 545, 2004 sport, I have looked at the dinan stuff but what else is out there? any body with a good setup?

CAIs for the most part aren't going to give you any gains. The stock airbox is pretty darn good. The recommendation is to get the RPi RAM Air Hood Scoop & BMI filter. The RPi scoop will divert air directly into the airbox. You'll typically see 5-10 whp at ~70mph.

As for the software, because our cars are naturally aspirated a chip isn't going to give you much gains. I had it on my 545i, and if I had to do it again, I would've saved the money.

Cool, I ve never seen that set up, trying to stay pretty stelth though, any other ideas for big HP gains for low cost?

Go with the RPi Scoop + BMC Filter and the ESS Tune The scoop/filter is the best bang for your buck.

We have everything in stock.

i have a e61 and mine dosen't look like this it has a plastic mesh there instead.
