Looks like the group buy on these cables is closed but if theres enough interest maybe Patryk will consider doing another one.

Can`t afford it nelson, times are hard in the UK. I would love to to have the TV function but at over £1000 for the retrofit kit it`s just way out of my reach.

Yes, this is stated in that thread above. Which is a reason why I might investigate this when I have free time.

I remember when a member from NY made a thread about a guy named Alex was doing coding for $75 and saying Patryk was a rip off for charging $120 and how Alex fee was more reasonable. I guess you want these guys to be charging $30?

The information about self coding is been out for months, Check out Blood's and benAnd threads to name a few. I have the cable and software installed in my laptop and guess what once the coding is done i have had no use for the cable. I have it for the CIC retrofit that i did.

Big respect to guys like Blood and benAnd because they like to DIY not because theyre trying to be cheap.
Yeah that was me who made that thread..... ....

Yes paying $70 for ONE TIME CODING is a RIP OFF.....if you buy the cable for $120...you can code all you want and whenever you want...if you pay $70 once to code your mirrors to fold in.... then a few weeks later you decide you want the digital speed display...your going to PAY another $70. Already you have paid $140 not to mention gas costs/miles...some people live 2-3 hours away from these coders....

I also have fun doing things on my own....once you get the hang of DIY coding its endless possibilities...and for friends who don't want to do DIY or are not interested in learning how to...you can charge them $20 or $0....instead of them paying $70-$150....

But I understand some people think all this stuff is jargon...and need help with very simple things....

Let me see... How about getting all available coding at one time????

There's no ending possibilities with coding! Once you done, you're done.
Like I said I have all of that software plus more installed on my laptop due to the CIC retrofit. I know what it's possible and what is not.

Go ahead and mess a module by doing more than you're supposed to do.

Check out my signature, I've done than simple cheap lightning mods. I'm not afraid to do real mods.
