Nice job Blood !

I understand the M HUD can be coded with NCS Expert ? does anyone know if I can find a OBDII connector with USB or do I need to find a laptop with a serial connector ?

@Benand : I installed a LCI headlight/taillights retrofit with an updated LM from 2005 (can't remember the part number - but it's here in the forum somewhere) a few years back- do you think it's worth a try to code and see if the M-HUD activates (and stays on longer than 30sec...) ?

cheers,

Andy

Looks good! Enable the cornering light and that also appears as an option.... not sure if this will turn on fogs as you corner

I can see the options in IDrive for the high beam assist but it will not accept the options think I need to add the high beam assist to the VO. Can you / anyone confirm the value to enable high beam assist?

Coner lights is cool, it lights up the halogen inner light briefly when you indicate left or right. You need to have high beam assist to begin with Jay.

The high beam assist is not worth doing in my opinion, my car has it and it really does not work all that well.
I think there is some hardware to go along with it as well, there is a sensor in front of of the rear view mirror that is "looking" for oncoming light.

Ok I've just played with the options and as I don't have high beam assist it does not let me select any of the options in Idrive...maybe my car is too old
