Did you shorten and put back the bump stops (spongy rubber bit that sits on the original shocks)? I had clunking for ages with the Eibachs and Koni yellows before the garage found the problem! I also now changed to H&R race , and got new front top mounts and alls good:-)

I am in love with the drop, I cant say much since I dont want to hijack my own thread but give me 10 days, and I want it to settle before I have some pictures.

Right now I am in love with the stance

Yup, the clunks at the sunroof area are a problem that many have dealt with before. Probably just as many threads on the sunroof making that clunking/ rattling sound as there are with the suspension making sound. Seems to be that's not your problem tho. Hope it all works out. POST Pics!

my coilovers clunked. it was the main nut on the top of the coilover. hit it with an impact. i didnt have one so i stock an allen key in the damper adjuster and used an open end box wrench and gave it a quarter turn. no more clunking

If it is the sunroof, it was hard for me to tell at first that the sound was coming from there. It was hard to pinpoint the noise. The clunk happens when the sunroof was in the vent position (button pushed up), not when it's fully open.

I have an impact gun but didn't use it,

When I try to tighten that nut with a normal wrench, the entire rod seems to rotate as the nut is pretty tight. Do you think I am doing something wrong ?
