I saw that stuff available in black reflective tape, and it would be a great fix for the orange LCI reflectors on the fender in front of the wheel!

Dave, I actually don't know. If Art doesn't chime in or forgets to check this thread, I can text him and find out.
My guess is that it's actually a replacement piece that he ordered.
Though Dave, since your car is black, it's pretty easy to just pop your's out and color match it with paint.
