I am working on the same problem it looks like. I think there are only three values in there: low, high, low_with_slopes and I have tried all three to get the new style controller to work in my 2008.

Hi

Yes , I have also been trying thess parameters , with no luck , I know it can be done ( make it work ) due to I have talked to a guy that had the problem the other way round , and he did manage to get it coded to the controller that we have now , he did just not "save" the FSW_PSW:TRC file from "before" he did the altering .

But someone here that have made the "swap" to the new CIC , should be able to provide theese parameters , so we must just hope that some "kind" person will help us out here

The new style controller or ZBE_60_2 to use it`s module name has it`s own trace functions which can be read out with NCS, the ZBE parameter is in CAPPL in the CCC.
The ZBE function just tells the CCC-applications (CAPPL) which controller to expect control codes from when they are received by the CCC-most/gateway (CGATE).

This is how it seams to function when i studied it, the key to my problem a pre-LCI controller on an oct/2008 LCI-CCC was the CCC-most/gateway,
the gateway was setup for the CIC controller and I had to downgrade it to get it to work with the pre-lci controller.

I was looking for that ZBE module to read a trace from but it doesn't show up in my list of modules in NCS.

But it shows up in my DATEN folder.

Yes because the way the CIC folks get around it is to change the cars production date, in the VO #09/06 is my production date, yours will be different but the first FA with # is the production date.

OK. I just looked at mine: E60_#0907

I'll work on changing the date and do some reading in the CIC thread about what that is doing for them, changing it back, and so on.

Changed my production date to 09/09 and was able to read the ZBE module. Then did an expert code on it for the fun of it and it didn't change anything in there.

So still not working at the moment.

Hello NoQuarter

Think we have to try and make a read out of the CGATE , not the ZBE due to it should be there the data for the ZBE is according to BLooD , and see what differents there is in the data for the ZBE.

I'l try and look into it later to day if I get the time for it , you know family and so on

I will save you the time and effort Benand, theres no ZBE parameters in the CGATE trace, I think your looking at needing to upgrade the CCC-most/gateway, same as I had to downgrade it.
