CiC + dension 500 + BT

Did anyone try to retrofit the new CIC from the new models (the one patrys is selling) into a pre-LCI E60 but instead of using the combox or TCU, use the BT adapter + Dension 500 to trick the car into thinking it has OEM bluetooth for phone options/apps/browser? Since I assume the Dension BT adapter does that anyway?
The reason I ask is because my car has no phone prep and its almost imposible to retrofix combox/TCU since cables would need to be run to the boot from the front of the car which is not worth the hassle.
