i can't see an m5 with crhome, I actually think M5's look amazing with Hartge classic2's but the E60 woul look nice with some Klass wheels, iforge, dpe or asantis.

I like my chrome rims just fine I get countless compilements and it has nothing to do with bling bling, certain rims give the car personality. Even my 124s

that Alpine white M5 is just sickining, it makes me want one soo bad and the Hartge wheels are just made for that car. That's exactly what i was talking about. I just don't see an M5 with crhome wheels, it looks better with silver wheels, but i have seen a 545 with some great chrome rims that just brings the car alive, of course, the car would need to be modded to match the crhome wheels and I'm not talking about a chrome trim around the windows, that just looks cheesy i mean, a good drop, perhaps an ACS rear spoiler lip etc. etc. I truly beleive you can put chrome wheels on an a 5 series and not look, what's the term people use here, "Pimp" or "bling blingish" I think it's a bit ridiculous, it's all a matter of taste and i think if the chrome looks good and fits your mods go for it. Now if you or anyone decides to put daytons on a e60 then i say, take them outside and shoot them lol

I totally agree with you the M5 looks awesome with 21" Hartge Classic 2's..
Those 21"s look killer!...but they've got to rub, no? Can't be worth the look if it can't perform!

Tha'ts a good question for iceman, what type of suspension are you using? Coilovers? Springs? looks pretty low, ilove the look, i would love to drop my car that low im just not sure if 1.2 is enough or go with the sport 1.4, does .02 make that much of a difference on the drop?

If I could cite Jay-Z as an authority on this subject, "No chrome on the wheels, I'm a grown-up for real." See "Dirt Off Your Shoulders" from the Black Album.

Chrome was hot in the 90's, but all the gangstas get black now.
Black looks hot on a black car perhaps a silver but im not sure about anyother car.

I've been going back and fourth (black or chrome)
or just buy new wheels, but i'm just going to stick with the chrome for now. Too much of a hastle getting them painted or selling them to someone clear across the US. Besides my bike already has black wheels:
If you do chrome make sure you have lips. 3.5 in the front and 4.50 to 5 inch in the rear. Keep that Euro look.My R1

Chrome Wheels

I really like Eurocarfan's car though
