IMHO , RGB monitors such as these are common place and are not the best options for BMW's. The actual BMW TV Tuner is available in germany and like Iceman pointed out you can get it from Hamann reprogrammed to allow viewing while driving. Such a setup will allow you to receive local channels which is what makes it fun and different than the RGB screens that anyone can have installed in any vehicle.
Just my 2 cents.
