Changing the yellow halo ring bulbs to a 12v8w white bulbs

It turns out I actually have the xenon headlights, looks like these won't work. How hard are the umnitza to install? I have the umnitzas installed in my 02 maxima, it was a pain to install them though, which involved cooking the lights in the oven to open them up.
