Hi all.
Noob question here. How can I tell if I have halogen or xenon headlights on my 2004 525i? Are there any physical traits or markings I should look for?
I bought the bulbs from pinguhk (thanks , but haven't installed them yet. I tried once but couldn't fit my hand between the headlight compartment and the body frame under my hood.

I have these fitted, and they actually fire a ring of light round, rather than the whole headlamp, please note LEDs are polarity sensitive, so just ensure you fit the correct way round

Or you can just search BMW 501 led

sorry I have just sold and sent my last set out.
The suppler has add 30% to the price so they are not worth to get now, better off trying to get the LED with error free message.
