Nice set of instructions, I did the same mod a couple of weeks back using Philips BlueVision 12v5w as well as upgrading main headlight bulbs to Osram H7 NightBreaker
Attachment 43592
Here's before and after (notice on the before image, eyebrows weren't working which was fixed by CIP upgrade)

Hi there
I'm new to the forum and the 5 Series having just collected my 07 530d M-Sport and am thoroughly pleased with it. I liked the look of the change of the head lamp bulbs to give a whiter light and bought the same ones you have above. This might be a silly question, but where do the small Philips Bluevision 12v 5w bulbs go? I have switched out the larger main dipped beam ones without trouble.
Thanks in advance for your help!!

Dose your car have halogens lights if so the bulbs you got will fit.
have a look at my 1st post, itis very easy to install

BTW just to let you know, your bulbs are not the same, I had these Philips Bluevision 12v 5w bulbs 3 years ago and they are not as white as the 1s I have fitted now.
the spec of the bulbs that I am using right now are 12v 8w not 12v 5v. So the MTK bulbs are much whiter and birghter.
