I'm at the stage where I need to replace my rear tyres, I have a 530d with dynamic drive, 18"wheels with Dunlop SP01 Run flats. I find the ride a bit hard and in wet weather the traction light is always flashing, it also feels a bit skippy.
I want to change to a normal tyres, ie not a run flats.
So what tyres have anyone else changed to, and have they made a significant difference to ride and grip
Cheers

My Ride: Oxford Green E60 530D with tuning box and all the toys!
Keep us posted Gav - I'm about to have mine replaced & I'm coming to the same conclusion. BTW - how many miles did you manage from yours and where are you living?

I've got 16,000 miles out of the rears, the fronts are OK but if I'm changing the rears I think the fronts should be the same. I'm leaning towards Pirelli P Zero Rossos allround or Bridgestone SO8s.
I live in Kent.

I've ended up fitting Bridgestone S03s allround, the ride difference is amazing with massively improved grip.
When your run flats wear out, REPLACE THEM WITH NORMAL TYRES.
