Hi Guys,
Anyone who had changed the handgrip for E60 care to share some information about removing it. I bought the aluminium version and trying to remove the original.
I manage to remove the leather but not able to loosen the grip.
Regards,

A bit confused. I changed my handle for the poplar and it, like the shift knob pulls off with some firm pressure. no need to change the leather part, unless you are trying to change that too.

I'm not changing the leather but it has to be separated from the grip. The leather is coveing the ugry mechancial joint .
I had tried to pull the grip but with no success. If the any position in which the grip had to be in before it can be removed just like the gear shift which has to be in neutral position ?
