Changing Bulb in Fog Light for M-Tech Front Bumper

Model Year: 2004
Not sure if the procedures are the same as the stock bumper, I've changed the bulbs before following the DIY for stock bumper. If anyone can confirm or explain how to do it, that'd be great. TIA.
